pillsConsumerlab.com, an organization that evaluates nutritional supplement and vitamin claims found that many multi -vitamins do not contain the quantities shown on their labels, may contain contaminants,  and in fact singled out 11 that were particularly bad. There is so little control over the labeling and manufacture of vitamins and supplements that you should only purchase known brand names.
