Baked Oatmeal, Hearty & Healthy Breakfast
I am not the biggest oatmeal fan but I love this baked oatmeal recipe; it’s hearty, sweet and healthy. Add some fresh fruit for a great breakfast: 1 cup serving, 220 calories, 3 grams of fat (1 saturated), 2 grams fiber, 8 grams of protein.
Ingredients
| 2 | cups oatmeal |
| 1 | SPLENDA QUICK PACK |
| 3 1/3 | cups 2% milk |
| 1/2 | cup egg substitute |
| 2 | teaspoons vanilla |
| 1/3 | cup brown Sugar |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, combine oats and granulated sugar. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add to oat mixture; mix well. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
