English Muffin Breakfast Pizza
Many people do the leftover pizza thing for breakfast. But this recipe for english muffin pizza turns the leftover pizza concept on its head and creates a healthy breakfast pizza from a whole wheat english muffin.
Ingredients:
1 Thomas Light Multi-Grain English Muffin
1/2 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce
1 ounce low fat shredded mozzarella
Your favorite chopped veggies
Preparation:
Toast english muffin in toaster oven
Remove from toaster oven, spread each piece with pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese and top with veggies
Return to toaster oven until cheese is hot and melted
