I will have to try the Strawberry Fields, but I must say that dehydrated fruit has never appealed to me.

I also like Kashi. Have you tried Strawberry Fields? It is the only way I want to start my day. I have been trying different whole grain breads i will definitely need to check Nature's Pride out.

After reading your various posts, I committed to starting my own HealthJag TODAY! My breakfast was a delicious Kashi cereal (unlike you, I really like Kashi cereals!), skim milk, and blueberries. I will definitely try the Nature's Pride bread as it is not only healthy but, I imagine, it is also filling. I have been reading your daily posts and have been INSPIRED. Thanks!!
