Some companies are so ashamed of their nutritional information that that simply refuse to disclsoe it. So I have to hand it to Claim Jumper. I am sure there may be a less healthy meal somewhere, but the unhealthiest that I can find is  the Beef Back Ribs entree from Claim Jumper.  It runs a heart stopping  4,301 calories, with 156 grams of saturated fat and 7,623 mg of salt. This is definitely in the  running for my last meal if I ever find myself on death row.
