Green Tea for Abs
In a study published in the Journal of Nutrition , over 100 overweight adults who consumed the equivalent of 4 cups of green tea per day lost more overall weight and abdominal fat than a control group of non-green tea drinkers. All members of the study participated in an exercise program. Many other health benefits of green tea have been well documented.
