What To Do About the Mayo?

I really like my sandwiches, tuna salad, turkey breast, low fat ham………….BUT I do crave the mayo on them. And unfortunately, real mayo has about 100 calories and 10 grams of fat per serving. The healthiest alternative is to use mustard instead. A serving of yellow or dijon mustard has fewer than 10 calories and virtually no fat.
