If you order any creamy dressing at a restaurant, you might as well order chocolate cake and really enjoy the fat you are getting. The only way to eat a healthy salad at a restaurant is to order a vinaigrette dressing on the side. If you put one tablespoon on, you will probably get by with about 100 calories, of healthy olive oil.</p>
